YBhg. Tan Sri Che Khalib Mohamad NohDIRECTOR YBhg. Tan Sri Che Khalib Mohamad Noh was appointed as the Group Managing Director of MMC Corporation Berhad on 1 July 2013. A qualified accountant, YBhg. Tan Sri Che Khalib Mohamad Noh is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (CA, M) and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA, UK) United Kingdom. YBhg. Tan Sri Che Khalib Mohamad Noh began his career with Messrs. Ernst & Young in 1989 and later joined Bumiputra Merchant Bankers Berhad. Between 1992 and 1999, he served in several companies within the Renong Group. In June 1999, YBhg. Tan Sri Che Khalib Mohamad Noh joined Ranhill Utilities Berhad as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). He then assumed the position of Managing Director and CEO of KUB Malaysia Berhad. YBhg. Tan Sri Che Khalib Mohamad Noh was then appointed as the President/CEO of Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) on 1 July 2004 where he served TNB for eight (8) years until the completion of his contract on 30 June 2012. He later joined DRB-HICOM Berhad as the Chief Operating Officer of Finance, Strategy and Planning in July 2012. YBhg. Tan Sri Che Khalib Mohamad Noh was previously a member of the Board and the Executive Committee of Khazanah Nasional Berhad from 2000 to 2004. He also served as a Board member within the United Engineers Malaysia Group of companies and Bank Industri & Teknologi Malaysia Berhad. YBhg. Tan Sri Che Khalib Mohamad Noh currently sits on the Board of MMC Corporation Berhad, Gas Malaysia Berhad, Malakoff Corporation Berhad, Johor Port Berhad, MMC Engineering Group Berhad, Bank Muamalat Malaysia Berhad, NCB Holdings Berhad, Kontena Nasional Berhad, Northport (Malaysia) Bhd and several private limited companies. |
YM Tengku Dato' Seri Hasmuddin Tengku OthmanDIRECTOR Tengku Dato’ Seri Hasmuddin obtained his Bachelor of Law (Honours) in 1986 from the University of Malaya, Malaysia. He is a practising advocate and solicitor, having admitted to the Malaysian Bar on 14 July 1987. In 1990, Tengku Dato’ Seri Hasmuddin joined Messrs. Hisham Sobri & Kadir where he is presently the Principal Partner. His main areas of practice are corporate commercial law and Islamic banking and finance. Tengku Dato’ Seri Hasmuddin was among one of the legal counsels involved in framing the structural framework for Islamic banking documentation in the early stages of its development in Malaysia. He has been a member of the Association of Chartered Islamic Finance Professionals Malaysia since 2009. He continues to play an active role in the development of this area of law through his involvement in the organization of Kuala Lumpur Islamic Finance Forum (KLIFF), an annual forum that gathers prominent personalities, practitioners and industry players of Islamic Finance as well as by presenting papers at conferences and forums on the subject which are held both locally and internationally. Tengku Dato’ Seri Hasmuddin is also involved in charitable organisations in the capacity of a trustee to the Tuanku Najihah Foundation, Yayasan Institut AI Quran Kuala Lumpur, Tabung Amanah Pesakit Malaysia, Institut Quran Tuanku Jaafar, Yayasan Kolej Islam Sultan Alam Shah and Yayasan Munarah. Currently, Tengku Dato’ Seri Hasmuddin sits on the boards of Serba Dinamik Holdings Berhad, Institut Jantung Negara Sdn. Bhd and IJN Holdings Sdn. Bhd. |
Asyraf Suhaimi SulaimanDIRECTOR Asyraf Suhaimi Sulaiman is the Group Chief Strategy Officer of MMC Corporation Berhad (MMC). With emphasis on MMC's Group Strategy, Business Development, and Investments, he is also responsible for Group Risk & Integrity Management. He joined MMC on 24 June 2020 to succeed the Head, Group Strategy & Investments position. Asyraf's corporate experience has focused on the fields of investments, corporate finance, and strategy with several notable companies, namely Permodalan Nasional Berhad and Ranhill Holdings Berhad. Asyraf holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance (BSc) from the London School of Economics and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Strathclyde. He is also a Chartered Accountant with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, an associate member of The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) and has attended the ASEAN Senior Management Development Program, Harvard Business School. Asyraf Suhaimi Sulaiman currently is a board member of Kontena Nasional Berhad, Aliran Ihsan Resources Berhad, NCB Holdings Berhad and Senai Airport Terminal Services Sdn Bhd. |
