Aliran Ihsan Resources Berhad (AIRB) – 8th Annual General Meeting

AIRB’s 8th Annual General Meeting was held at Negara Room, Hotel Crowne Plaza Mutiara, Kuala Lumpur on Wednesday, 29 April 2009 at 10.30 a.m.

 

The meeting commenced on time and shareholders and proxies of shareholders were on hand to pose questions to directors and senior management of AIRB.

 

After the questions and answers session, all the resolutions put to the shareholders were passed by show of hands. The meeting was adjourned at 11.45 a.m. and the shareholders were treated to a sumptuous lunch at the Planter’s Inn at the same venue.
