History
Aliran Ihsan Resources Berhad (AIR Bhd) became a public company on 23 August 2001 and listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 15 March 2005. The authorised share capital of AIR Bhd is RM1, 000,000,000 comprising 1, 000,000,000 ordinary shares of RM1 each, of which 222,219,522 of ordinary shares of RM1 each have been issued and fully paid-up.
